# Product Description
Huawei QSFP-40G-LR4 (02310MHS) compatible is QSFP (Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable) Transceiver with corresponding price and datasheet, operating over Single-Mode Fiber (SMF.) optical cable. It has minimum guaranteed optical budget of 9.7 dB, with in most cases is enough to reach about 10km distance. However, distance is just indicative parameter calculated for comfort of identification. Eventually we calculate distance taking in account minimal optical budget and average attenuation of optical cabling in industry. Huawei Compatible transceiver use top quality DFB Laser transmitter operating at nominal wavelength 1310 nm. and 1310 nm. PIN photodiode receiver. Transceiver supports DDM/DOM optical diagnostics, which provide diagnostic information about the present operating conditions. Huawei Compatible QSFP (Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable) operates in Standard 0°-70°C temperature range and has Double LC interface. Transceiver supports 39.81 – 44.8 Gbps data rate and such applications as 40G Ethernet (41.25Gbps), STM-256 (39.81 Gbps), OTU3 (43.01Gbps), OTU3e2 (44.58Gbps).
