The warranty period for all EDGE Optic’s Products is – 5 years against defect in materials or workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper deployment, misuse and accidents. If during the warranty period Product become dysfunctional technical ticket should be opened HERE, specifying:
- Product Part Number
- Serial Number
- Giving short description about the problem
We will either replace the defective Product with the new one or we will provide repair for the defective one. During warranty period in case of warranty situations in Europe region EDGE Optic’s will organize pick up and cover costs for shipment collection from customer and return back to customer.
