Warranty

All EDGE products come with a 5-year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper deployment, misuse, or accidents.

If your product becomes dysfunctional during the warranty period, you can submit a ticket HERE or email us at support@edgeoptic.com, providing the following details:

1. Serial Number
2. Product Part Number
3. Provide a short description of the issue

What's our solution?

If a product is found to be defective, we will either provide a repair service or replace it with a new one. During the warranty period, for warranty-related cases within the Europe region, the EDGE Support team will arrange pickup and cover all shipping costs for both collection and return to the customer.

Warranty replacement process

1. Pickup Arrangement:
○ Our Support Team will contact you to schedule a pickup for the defective product(s);
○ You will receive a shipping label via email.
2. Prepare the Products for Shipping:
○ Place the product(s) back in the original packaging;
○ Print and attach the provided shipping label to the package;
○ Hand the package over to the courier.
3. Warranty Service:
○ Our Support Team will repair or replace the defective product(s).
4. Shipping:
○ Once the issue is resolved, we will ship the product(s) back to you;
○ You will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
