We believe in creating WIN-WIN partnerships. With that in mind, if you're not completely satisfied with the products within 60 days of delivery, you can return them for a full refund.
Return process
1. If you decided that you no longer need this order or some products from it, you’ll have to pack products in any suitable packaging and arrange delivery to Plienciema iela 33, Mārupe LV-2167, Latvia (Roberts Šķiliņš, logistics@edgeoptic.com, +371 20606404)
Please note that:
○ Products manufactured based on order (backordered) may not be accepted – you’ll have to get in touch with support@edgeoptic.com to check if in your case thay may be accepted back;
○ Custom manufactured products are not refundable.
2. When we’ll receive package, our technical team will check if products are valid for a refund - if goods are in good technical and visual shape.
3. If products will be valid for a refund, you’ll be able to choose from two options:
○ Receive a refund for products (shipping costs are not refunded);
○ Keep the amount in balance for your next order.
NB! Refund to bank account usually takes 1 to 2 business days.
