AT-SP10T Allied Telesis Compatible 10GBASE-T SFP+ Copper Transceiver (End of Sale)

EdgeOptic's Allied Telesis AT-SP10T compatible is an Allied Telesis-coded version of the EdgeOptic 10G-SFP-T multi-vendor 10GBASE-T copper SFP+ transceiver. EdgeOptic programs the module EEPROM to match the AT-SP10T vendor profile so the transceiver is accepted by AlliedWare Plus inventory on platforms that reference this ordering code. The part provides ongoing supply for installed AT-SP10T infrastructure after Allied Telesis declared the OEM module End of Sale.

Per the Allied Telesis End-of-Sale Products List, the OEM AT-SP10T entered End of Sale on 21 March 2021 with End of Life on 21 March 2023. Allied Telesis recommends the AT-SP10TM as the successor for new deployments. The AT-SP10T page exists to support replacement and spare-part procurement for installations already standardised on this SKU, where matching the existing part number across the fleet is the operational requirement.

The transceiver operates per IEEE 802.3an for 10GBASE-T with multi-rate support for 1000BASE-T on compatible host ports. EdgeOptic's compatible reaches up to 30 m on Cat 6A or Cat 7; the original Allied Telesis AT-SP10T specification quotes a shorter maximum reach. Verify installed cabling distance and target reach against the Allied Telesis AT-SP10T datasheet before substitution. Electrical and management interfaces follow SFF-8431 and SFF-8432. Operating temperature covers 0 to 65 °C commercial grade with CE and RoHS certification.

Per the Allied Telesis Hardware Release Note for SP10T and SP10TM, AT-SP10T is supported on AT-x510, AT-x510DP, AT-x510L, AT-x530, AT-x530DP, AT-x530L, AT-x550, AT-x930, AT-x950, XS900MX, GS980MX, SBx8100 and SBx908 Gen2 chassis running AlliedWare Plus firmware. Because this is a copper module, DOM telemetry is scoped to case temperature, supply voltage, and link status. Transmit optical power, receive optical power and laser bias current do not exist on this part and are not reported.
