Aruba compatible J9151E Description
The EdgeOptic 10G-SFP-10 is a compatible replacement for the HPE Aruba J9151E 10GBASE-LR SFP+ transceiver. It supports 10GBASE-LR connectivity at 1310nm over single-mode fiber, reaching up to 10km through a duplex LC/UPC connector. The module is EEPROM coded for HPE Aruba platforms and recognized in ArubaOS environments without error messages.
TX side is a 1310nm DFB laser; RX side is a PIN photodiode. The module guarantees a 6dB optical link budget over G.652 single-mode fiber. Line rate is 10.3125 Gbps with 64B/66B encoding per IEEE 802.3ae. The module also supports 1G Ethernet (1.25 Gbps) for dual-rate operation on platforms that support SFP+ dual-rate mode.
