Aruba compatible JH233A (Aruba X142 40G QSFP+ MPO eSR4 300M Transceiver) is QSFP (Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable) Transceiver, operating over 4 Parallel Lanes of Multi-Mode Fiber (MMF) optical cable. It has minimum a guaranteed optical budget of 2.5 dB, with in most cases is enough to reach about 400m distance.
