EdgeOptic's XCVR-020M31 compatible is a Ciena-coded version of the EdgeOptic 1.25G-SFP-20DI multi-vendor Gigabit Ethernet SFP transceiver. The module is a duplex LC single-mode SFP rated for 20 km at 1310 nm, with a 13 dB average link budget. Data rate spans 1.063 to 1.25 Gbps, covering Gigabit Ethernet (1.25 Gbps) and 1G Fibre Channel (1.0625 Gbps). The transmitter is an FP laser operating at 1310 nm paired with a 1310 nm PIN photodiode receiver, and DDM/DOM diagnostics follow SFF-8472. The module carries an industrial operating range of −45°C to +85°C and a Double LC connector, and runs on a +3.3V supply.
