Cisco compatible DWDM-SFP10G-C-S Description

The DWDM-SFP10G-C-S is Cisco compatible SFP+ (Small Form Factor Pluggable) Transceiver that operates over SMF (Single-Mode Fiber) optical cable. It has a minimum guaranteed optical budget of 23 dB, which is usually enough to reach a distance of up to 80 kilometers. Distance, on the other hand, is merely an indicator metric determined for ease of identification. Finally, we calculate distance using a minimum optical budget and industry average attenuation of optical cabling. This transceiver uses an ITU-T DWDM Grid 50 GHz C-Band APD Photodiode receiver and a Monolithic MZM Tunable TOSA laser transmitter with tunable channels with a 50GHz step within C-Band. Cisco compatible DWDM-SFP10G-C-S supports DDM/DOM optical diagnostics and provides diagnostic data on current operating conditions. The DWDM-SFP10G-C-S Cisco compatible has a Double LC interface and operates in the standard 0°-70°C temperature range. Compatible Tunable module supports such applications as 10G Ethernet (10.31Gbps), STM-64 (9.95Gbps), OTU2 (10.70Gbps), OTU1e (11.049Gbps), OTU2e (11.095Gbps), OTU1f (11.27Gbps), OTU2f (11.32Gbps), ODU2 (10.037Gbps), ODU2e (10.399Gbps), 10G FC (10.52Gbps), 8G FC (10.52Gbps), 10G FC (10.52Gbps) (8.5 Gbps). Cisco's compatible DWDM-SFP10G-C-S Double Fiber DWDM tunable SFP+ optical transceiver is a multi-purpose module that can be utilized in a variety of networking applications.
