CS fiber connector patch cables represent the next evolution in high-density optical connectivity, featuring a 40% smaller footprint compared to standard LC duplex connectors. This compact design enables two CS connectors to fit within a single QSFP-DD or OSFP transceiver module—something impossible with traditional LC connectors—effectively doubling port density on switches, routers, and patch panels.

Developed by the CS Consortium and rapidly becoming the standard for 200G and 400G deployments, CS connectors use the same proven 1.25mm ferrule technology as LC connectors but with 3.8mm pitch spacing. The push-pull tab design simplifies handling in ultra-dense patching environments while maintaining excellent optical performance.

Our CS patch cable portfolio includes CS-to-CS cables for direct transceiver connections and CS-to-LC hybrid cables for bridging next-generation equipment with existing LC infrastructure. All cables feature OS2 single-mode fiber with G.657A2 bend-insensitive core, UPC polish, and LSZH jacket. Type A and Type B polarity options support various transceiver configurations including 2x100G QSFP-DD, 200G FR4, and 100G DWDM PAM4 applications. Maximize rack density while future-proofing your network.
