Ericsson RDH 102 47/2 (RDH10247/2) compatible CPRI & 1000BASE-LX SFP Module

EdgeOptic's RDH 102 47/2 (RDH10247/2, RTXM192-406-C25) compatible is an Ericsson-coded version of the EdgeOptic 1.25G-SFP-10D multi-vendor 1000BASE-LX and CPRI SFP transceiver, built for Single-Mode Fiber (SMF) links up to 10 km.

The module transmits and receives at 1310 nm over a Double LC/UPC duplex connector, with a guaranteed optical link budget of 13 dB and a wavelength bandwidth of 100 nm (1260 to 1360 nm) on both the transmit and receive paths. Chromatic dispersion is rated at 70 to 100 ps/nm across the link. Supported data rate spans 0.1 to 1.25 Gbps, covering Gigabit Ethernet (1.25 Gbps), 100M Ethernet, and 1G Fibre Channel (1.0625 Gbps) applications. Minimum transmit power is -9 dBm and maximum transmit power is 3 dBm; receiver sensitivity is -22 dBm with a -3 dBm overload point. The FP laser transmitter and PIN photodiode receiver operate across a standard 0 to 70°C temperature range on a single +3.3V power supply, with DDM/DOM diagnostics for continuous monitoring of Tx and Rx power, temperature, and voltage.
