FTLC1154RDPL3 Finisar Compatible 100G QSFP28 10KM Transceiver

EdgeOptic's FTLC1154RDPL3 compatible is a Finisar-coded version of the EdgeOptic 100G-QSFP28-10I multi-vendor 100GBASE-LR4 QSFP28 transceiver. It uses duplex LC/UPC connectors over single-mode fiber and reaches 10 km on a 6.3 dB average optical link budget. The module carries a DML laser transmitter and a PIN photodiode receiver across four LAN WDM channels at 1295.56, 1300.05, 1304.58 and 1309.14 nm. Average launch power runs -4.3 to 4.5 dBm per lane, average receiver sensitivity is -10.6 to 4.5 dBm per lane, and minimum extinction ratio is 4 dB. DDM diagnostics are supported, and the module supports the host FEC interface (100GBASE-LR4 meets its 10km objective without requiring FEC). Application scope is 100G Ethernet only at 103.125 Gbps, matching the QSFP28 MSA electrical and mechanical interface. Operating temperature is rated -40C to +85C, and power draw tops out at 3.5W on a 3.3V supply.

The compatible meets CE and RoHS requirements and complies with the QSFP28 Multi-Source Agreement, SFF-8636 management interface, SFF-8665 electrical specification, and IEEE 802.3ba Clause 88 100GBASE-LR4 optical layer. The CAUI-4 electrical interface follows IEEE 802.3bm. The module carries a Class 1 laser safety rating per FDA and IEC 60825-1. EEPROM is Finisar-coded, so host platforms that list FTLC1154RDPL3 in their supported-transceiver table recognize the module; verify against the host's own compatibility matrix before deployment.
