Finisar compatible FTLX1475D3BCL Description

The EdgeOptic 10G-SFP-10 is a compatible replacement for the Finisar FTLX1475D3BCL 10GBASE-LR SFP+ transceiver. It provides 10 Gigabit Ethernet over single-mode fiber at 1310nm, reaching up to 10km with a duplex LC connector. This module is built to the same specifications as the Finisar original and works in any platform that accepts the FTLX1475D3BCL part number.

The transceiver operates at data rates from 1.25 to 10.3125 Gbps, supporting 10GBase-LR (IEEE 802.3ae) and Gigabit Ethernet applications. It uses a 1310nm DFB laser transmitter paired with a PIN photodiode receiver, with a minimum link budget of 6dB over standard G.652 single-mode fiber.

Finisar (acquired by II-VI in 2019, now Coherent Corp.) is an optics manufacturer. The FTLX1475D3BCL is the pull-tab latch variant of the FTLX1471D3BCL family.
