HG Genuine compatible MTRS-02X13-G Description

EdgeOptic's MTRS-02X13-G compatible is an HG Genuine-coded version of the EdgeOptic 10G-SFP-10 multi-vendor 10GBASE-LR transceiver. The MTRS-02X13-G is manufactured by HG Genuine (Wuhan HuaGong). It is an SFP+ module that runs 10 Gigabit Ethernet over a duplex single-mode fiber pair with a 1310 nm DFB laser and a PIN photodiode receiver. The optical interface meets IEEE 802.3ae Clause 52, uses LC/UPC duplex connectors, and carries a 6 dB link budget for a guaranteed 10 km reach over SMF.

Specifications: 1310 nm nominal wavelength (1260 to 1360 nm range), transmit power between −8.2 dBm and 0.5 dBm, receiver sensitivity −14.5 dBm, receiver overload 0 dBm, and 3.3V supply. The module is multi-rate, supporting 10GbE at 10.31 Gbps, Gigabit Ethernet at 1.25 Gbps, 1/2/4/8/10G Fibre Channel, and STM-64 at 9.95 Gbps across a 1.25 to 10.31 Gbps range. DDM/DOM per SFF-8472 reports TX/RX optical power, temperature, supply voltage, and laser bias current. Standard operating temperature is 0 to 70 C.

EdgeOptic programs the EEPROM with HG Genuine-recognized vendor coding so the module registers natively in equipment that expects the original MTRS-02X13-G.
