HPE B-series compatible Q2R27A is SFP28 (Small Form-factor Pluggable 28) Transceiver, operating over Double Fiber Multi-Mode Fiber (MMF) optical cable. It has a minimum guaranteed optical budget of 1.8 dB, with in most cases is enough to reach about 100m distance. However, distance is just an indicative parameter calculated for the comfort of identification. Eventually, we calculate distance taking into account the minimal optical budget and average attenuation of optical cabling in the industry. This transceiver uses top quality VSCEL Laser transmitter with operating at nominal wavelengths 850 nm. and 850 nm. PIN photodiode receiver. Q2R27A supports DDM/DOM optical diagnostics, that provide diagnostic information about the present operating conditions. HPE B-series compatible Q2R27A SFP28 operates in the Standard 0°-70°C temperature range and has a Double LC interface.
