R9J30A is HPE's part number for a 400GBASE-FR4 QSFP-DD -- full name: HPE Networking X1E0 400G QSFP-DD FR4-WDM1300 2km LC Transceiver. Built for Aruba Networking platforms, specifically the CX 9300 and CX 10000 switch families. EdgeOptic's compatible ships with HPE-coded EEPROM so AOS-CX recognizes it cleanly.

Four CWDM wavelengths -- 1271, 1291, 1311, 1331 nm -- PAM4 at 106.25 Gbps per lane for 400G aggregate. LC duplex connector over OS2 single-mode fiber, 2 km maximum reach. 4.0 dB optical budget, TX -3.3 to +3.5 dBm, RX sensitivity -7.3 dBm. Under 11W power consumption.
