Juniper compatible EX-SFP-10GE-LR Description

The EdgeOptic 10G-SFP-10 is a compatible replacement for the Juniper EX-SFP-10GE-LR (740-021309) 10GBASE-LR SFP+ transceiver. It supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet over single-mode fiber at 1310nm with a maximum reach of 10km, using a duplex LC/UPC connector. The module is EEPROM coded for Juniper platforms and recognized by Junos on EX and QFX series switches.

The transmitter uses a 1310nm DFB laser and the receiver uses a PIN photodiode. The module has a 6dB guaranteed optical link budget over standard G.652 single-mode fiber, supporting links up to 10km.
