QSFP-100G-ER4L is the Juniper part number for a 100GBASE-ER4 Lite QSFP28 transceiver. This EDGE compatible module matches the original Juniper specifications with EEPROM coded for Junos OS recognition. It operates over duplex single-mode fiber at four LAN-WDM wavelengths (1295.56, 1300.05, 1304.58, and 1309.14 nm), reaching up to 40 km with host FEC or 30 km without FEC.

The module uses EML transmitters and APD (Avalanche Photodiode) receivers, carrying four lanes at 25.78125 Gbps each for an aggregate 103.125 Gbps line rate. DDM/DOM provides real-time readings of TX/RX optical power, laser bias current, temperature, and supply voltage. Maximum power consumption is 4.5 W from a single 3.3 V supply. Operating temperature range is 0 to 70 °C.
