This PCIe adapter delivers versatile multi-rate operation with one RJ-45 port supporting 10GbE, 1GbE, and 100Mbps speeds, with added support for 2.5G and 5G BASE-T standards.
The 10G-NIC-X550-1T utilizes a PCIe v3.0 x4 bus interface with 8.0 GT/s transfer rate, providing excellent bandwidth efficiency for single-port deployments. The adapter supports advanced network virtualization technologies including SR-IOV with 64 virtual functions, VMDq with 64 pools, VLAN, VXLAN, and NVGRE encapsulation protocols.
This network interface card incorporates comprehensive protocol support compliant with IEEE 802.3an for 10GBASE-T Ethernet and IEEE 802.3bz for 2.5GBASE-T and 5GBASE-T operation. Additional standards include IEEE 802.3x flow control, IEEE 802.3ad link aggregation, IEEE 802.1Q VLAN tagging, IEEE 802.1Qaz ETS, and IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet for reduced power consumption during low traffic periods.
