The 10G-NIC-XL710-4T utilizes a PCIe v3.0 x8 bus interface with 8GT/s transfer rate, ensuring maximum bandwidth for aggregated 10G traffic across all four ports. This adapter supports advanced network virtualization technologies including SR-IOV with 128 virtual functions, VMDq with 64 pools, VLAN, VXLAN, NVGRE, and GENEVE encapsulation protocols. These capabilities make it ideal for virtualized environments and software-defined networking implementations.
The network interface card incorporates comprehensive protocol support compliant with IEEE 802.3an for 10GBASE-T Ethernet, IEEE 802.3x flow control, IEEE 802.3ad link aggregation, and IEEE 802.1Q VLAN tagging.
