What is our Risk Free Return Policy?

We are believers in a WIN-WIN partnership. Based on that, in case you are not fully satisfied with the products received within a 60-day timeframe from delivery, you may return them and apply for a full refund. If that is the case, the process should be initiated by opening a technical ticket in our support portal and specifying:

  1. Product Part Number
  2. Serial Number
  3. Giving a short description of the return reason

After that, our technical team will coordinate the return process of the goods, confirm that they are valid for a full refund (goods are in good technical and visual shape), and once approved, finance will perform a full refund.
