What is Your Warranty?

The warranty period for all EDGE Optics’ Products is 5 years against defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper deployment, misuse, or accidents. If during the warranty period the Product becomes dysfunctional technical ticket should be opened HERE, specifying:
- Product Part Number
- Serial Number
- Giving a short description of the problem

Reference to label information
We will either replace the defective Product with the new one or we will provide a repair for the defective one. During the warranty period, in case of warranty situations in the Europe region, EDGE Optics will organize pick up and cover costs for shipment collection from the customer and return to the customer.
