EdgeOptic's J9150A compatible is an HPE Aruba-coded version of the EdgeOptic 10G-SFP-300 multi-vendor 10GBASE-SR SFP+ transceiver. The OEM J9150A is the earliest hardware revision of HPE's X132 10G SFP+ LC SR module, which shipped through successive revisions A, B, C, and D. HPE has positioned J9150D as the current MSA-compliant revision; J9150A remains supported on legacy ProCurve and Aruba CX platforms where it was originally deployed, with identical optical specifications across all four revisions.
