EdgeOptic's J9150A compatible is an HPE Aruba-coded version of the EdgeOptic 10G-SFP-300 multi-vendor 10GBASE-SR SFP+ transceiver. The OEM J9150A is the earliest hardware revision of HPE's X132 10G SFP+ LC SR module, which shipped through successive revisions A, B, C and D. J9150D (the current revision) and the earlier J9150A through C designations identify the same X132 transceiver with identical optical specifications, so the EdgeOptic compatible covers the role any of those revisions play in a chassis.
