Aruba compatible J9150D Description

EdgeOptic's compatible J9150D is a direct replacement for the HPE Aruba 10G SFP+ LC SR 300m MMF XCVR (Aruba part number J9150D). It operates at 850 nm using a VCSEL transmitter and PIN photodiode receiver over multimode fiber. Reach is 300 m on OM3 and 400 m on OM4, with a minimum optical budget of 6.1 dB and LC/UPC duplex connectors.

The J9150D is the current production revision of the Aruba 10GBASE-SR SFP+ module. Earlier revisions J9150A, J9150B, and J9150C share the same optical specifications. The D suffix is the current production revision. Compatible modules coded for the J9150D work across all revision letters.

Confirmed compatible HPE Aruba switch families: 2530, 2930F, 6200, 6300, 6400, and 8400X series.
