XBR-000190 Brocade Compatible 1000BASE-T Copper SFP Transceiver

EdgeOptic's XBR-000190 compatible is a Brocade-coded version of the EdgeOptic 1000M-SFP-M multi-vendor 1000BASE-T SFP transceiver. It runs Gigabit Ethernet only, at a fixed 1000 Mbps, over Category 5 twisted-pair copper cabling through an RJ45 connector, with a maximum reach of 100 meters. Operating temperature is 0 to 70 degrees Celsius at +3.3V, and DDM/DOM diagnostics report temperature and supply voltage. The module is built to SFP MSA (INF-8074i) form factor and electrical specifications, with CE and RoHS compliance. It is commonly deployed for switch-to-switch uplinks, server and NIC connections, and other short-reach Gigabit Ethernet links in enterprise LAN and data center access layers.

EdgeOptic's compatible carries Brocade-recognized EEPROM coding. Being hot-pluggable, the module can be brought into service on a live SFP port without a host reboot; confirm the module is accepted on the target Brocade switch model against Broadcom's transceiver support matrix, which now maintains Brocade's transceiver documentation, before ordering.
