Ericsson RDH90120/49800 Compatible 10/100/1000BASE-T Copper SFP

EdgeOptic's RDH90120/49800 compatible is an Ericsson-coded version of the EdgeOptic 1000M-SFP-T multi-vendor tri-speed copper SFP transceiver. It is a hot-swappable small form factor pluggable module that operates 10BASE-T, 100BASE-T and 1000BASE-T Ethernet over twisted pair Category 5 cabling, reaching up to 100 m through an RJ45 connector. The module follows the SFP MSA mechanical and electrical specification defined in INF-8074i. Auto-negotiation selects the operating speed for the attached copper link automatically, so the host port does not need a fixed-speed configuration change when moving between 10, 100 and 1000 Mbps segments.

Digital diagnostics monitoring reports temperature, supply voltage and link diagnostics in real time, consistent with the SFF-8472 diagnostic monitoring interface used across the SFP family. The module draws power from a single 3.3V supply and operates across the standard commercial temperature range of 0 to 70°C, matching typical enterprise wiring closets and equipment rooms.

The module is programmed with Ericsson-compatible EEPROM coding for use on Ericsson networking equipment.
