Our compatible module version is designed for operation over a Copper unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) CAT5, CAT5A or CAT6 cable. Modules are intended for interconnection distances of up to 100 meters. This compatible module has a RJ-45 connector and module is designed for operation in standard temperature networking environments ranging from 0°-70°C. The transceiver chipset supports data rates ranging from 1000 Mbps and such applications as 1000Base-T.
