Extreme compatible 10331 Description

Extreme Networks 10331 Compatible datasheet and price are based on our compatible Transceiver 100G-CFP-150, which is designed to meet or exceed OEM part specifications. Module is a 100GBASE-SR10 CFP (Centum Form Factor Pluggable) Transceiver, operating over pair of multi-mode optical fiber with 10 independent optical communication lanes with speed of 10.3125Gbps (Ethernet application) or 11.181Gbps (OTU4 application). Compatible transceiver has minimum guaranteed optical budget of 1.9 dB, which in most cases is enough to reach reach 150 m over OM4 multi-mode fiber, or 100 m over OM3 multi-mode fiber. However, distance is just indicative parameter calculated for comfort of identification. Eventually we calculate distance taking in account minimal optical budget and average attenuation of optical cabling in industry. Transceiver uses 10 x VCSEL (Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser) transmitters operating at nominal wavelength 850 nm and 10 x 850 nm PIN Photodiode receivers. Module converts 10 parallel electrical data inputs to 10 parallel optical data output signals and also converts 10 parallel optical signals into 10 parallel electrical signals through an array of PIN photodiodes and associated circuit. Module support DDM/DOM optical diagnostics, which provide diagnostic information about the present operating conditions. This compatible module requires Single 3.3V Power Supply and has less then 7W power consumption. Module operates in Standard 0°-70°C temperature range, and has MTP/MPO connector.
