FCBN425QB1CXX is Finisar compatible 100G Active Optical Cable, operating over Multi-Mode Fiber (MMF). 100G Active Optical Cable is equipped with MSA standard compatible QSFP28 transceiver assembly at each end of cable. 100G Active optical cable uses 4 x 850nm VCSEL transmitters and 4 x PIN photo-detector receivers operating over 4 parallel data lanes of OM3 MMF cable. Finisar FCBN425QB1CXX 100G Active Optical Cable supports 96.97-112.2 Gbps data rate and such applications as 4 x InfiniBand EDR(96.97Gbps)|100G Ethernet (100.125Gbps)|4x 32G Fiber Channel (112.2Gbps)|OTU4 (112Gbps). This is a multi-purpose cable that can be used in a variety of different places in today’s networking. Most popular applications of 100G Active Optical Cable are cost effective close range interconnections within equipment room of telecom operators or data centers, interconnecting LAN or SAN applications with speeds up to 100G.
