EdgeOptic's ATRQ-AXXX compatible is a version of the EdgeOptic 100G-AOC-QSFP multi-vendor 100G QSFP28 active optical cable, offered as a replacement for the HG Genuine ATRQ-AXXX, available across the full 0.5 to 100 meter range. It provides a point-to-point QSFP28-to-QSFP28 link for 100G Ethernet, with the optical fiber pre-terminated at both ends. Shorter runs use OM3 multimode fiber up to 50 meters, and OM4 extends reach to 100 meters.
The cable runs at 850nm using VCSEL transmitters and PIN photodiode receivers, carrying 100G Ethernet at 103.125 Gbps. Integrated DDM/DOM reports optical power, module temperature, bias current, and supply voltage through the QSFP28 MSA (SFF-8636 and SFF-8665) management interface. It draws +3.3V at up to 3.5W and operates from 0 to 70°C. The cable advertises host-side FEC capability through its QSFP28 management interface; configure FEC on the switch port per your platform's requirements.
