EdgeOptic's MTRS-1E31-01 compatible is an HG Genuine-coded version of the EdgeOptic 10G-SFP-10I multi-vendor 10GBASE-LR SFP+ transceiver. Built to IEEE 802.3ae Clause 52, it pairs a DFB laser transmitter with a PIN photodiode receiver over duplex single-mode fiber through double LC/UPC connectors, reaching 10 km on a 6 dB average link budget. Transmit and receive wavelength is centered at 1310 nm across a 100 nm passband from 1260 to 1360 nm, with chromatic dispersion tolerance of 70 to 100 ps/nm. The underlying hardware spans a data rate envelope of 1.25 to 11.32 Gbps, covering 10 Gigabit Ethernet at 10.31 Gbps, Gigabit Ethernet at 1.25 Gbps, Fibre Channel at 1G through 8G line rates from 1.0625 to 8.5 Gbps plus 10G Fibre Channel at 10.52 Gbps, and SONET/SDH STM-64 at 9.95 Gbps. DDM covers transmit power, receive power, bias current, voltage and temperature. Transmit optical power runs from -8.2 to -0.5 dBm, with a receiver sensitivity of -14.5 dBm and an overload point of 0 dBm.
