This PCIe adapter features the Intel I350 controller silicon, delivering reliable throughput with two RJ-45 ports operating at 10/100/1000 Mbps speeds per port.
The 1G-NIC-I350-2T utilizes a PCI-E 2.1 x4 bus interface with 5GT/s or 2.5GT/s transfer rate, providing adequate bandwidth for aggregated Gigabit traffic across both ports. The adapter supports network virtualization technologies including SR-IOV with 8 virtual functions per port, VMDq with 8 pools, and VLAN tagging. These capabilities support virtualized server deployments.
This network interface card incorporates comprehensive protocol support compliant with IEEE 802.3ab for 1000BASE-T Ethernet, IEEE 802.3x flow control, IEEE 802.3ad link aggregation, and IEEE 802.1Q VLAN tagging.
