Our EDGEOPTIC 1G-NIC-I350-4O is a multi-vendor compatible quad-port Gigabit Ethernet network interface card featuring fiber SFP connectivity for high-density server deployments requiring multiple optical network interfaces. This PCIe adapter features the Intel I350 controller silicon, delivering reliable throughput with four SFP ports operating at 1000 Mbps speeds per port.
The 1G-NIC-I350-4O utilizes a PCI-E 2.1 x4 bus interface with 5GT/s or 2.5GT/s transfer rate, providing adequate bandwidth for aggregated Gigabit traffic across all four ports. The adapter supports network virtualization technologies including SR-IOV with 8 virtual functions per port, VMDq with 8 pools, and VLAN tagging.
This network interface card incorporates comprehensive protocol support compliant with IEEE 802.3z for 1000BASE-X Ethernet, IEEE 802.3x flow control, IEEE 802.3ad link aggregation, and IEEE 802.1Q VLAN tagging.
