NOKIA QSFP28 100G Modules
The most popular NOKIA 100G optics are available in our NOKIA QSFP28 compatible transceiver lineup. The much-desired 100G ZR4 80 km, 100G ZR4+ 100 km, BIDI 100G LR1/ER1 and 100G DWDM QSFP28 versions are not listed here, but they are also available and can be NOKIA (Alcatel-Lucent) compatible! Our compatible transceivers enable our customers to enjoy cost-effective solutions for remote site connectivity at a 100G data rate, as well as a unique opportunity to broaden their options when compared to NOKIA (Alcatel-Lucent) OEM transceivers. Our NOKIA QSFP28 compatible transceiver lineup includes custom-encoded firmware that allows them to work on all major NOKIA (Alcatel-Lucent) 100G switches and routers.

NOKIA CFP 100G Modules
Our NOKIA CFP compatibles are based on the first generation 100G transceiver modules and their architecture is based on 10 lanes of 10 Gbit/s on the electrical interface. We have segmented these NOKIA CFP modules in 3 parts, LR4 for interconnection up to 10km, ER4 up to 40km and SR10 for Short Range connections up to 150 meters over Multimode Fiber. Nokia CFP SR10 version uses 10 parallel lanes at 850 nm over multi-mode optical cable, but it’s LR4 and ER4 versions feature a built-in gear-box, transforming 10 lanes of 10 Gbit/s on the electrical interface to 4 lanes of optical 25 Gbit/s LAN WDM signal for transmission over SMF fiber. Our NOKIA CFP compatible version can be considered a legacy technology as it’s been replaced with the newer and more popular NOKIA QSFP28 transceiver compatible range, but we keep this NOKIA CFP alternative in our portfolio as there are still a lot of in-service installations of CFP port line cards all over the world.
NOKIA CFP2 100G compatibles
Our CFP2 NOKIA compatible versions include two long-range transceivers devoted to 100 Gigabit Ethernet connection options and ER4 40km module. These connectivity options can be used for data center networking, corporate core aggregation, and service provider transport applications. These CFP2 NOKIA compatibles are capable of supporting 100GBASE Ethernet as well as OTU4 rates. All NOKIA CFP2 compatible versions are based on CFP2 MSA Hardware Specification 1.0 with modifications and related 100G Ethernet and OTU standards.
NOKIA(Alcatel) CFP4 100G Transceivers
Our CFP4 Alcatel-Lucent compatible versions include two long-range transceivers devoted to Dual Rate 100 Gigabit Ethernet and OTU4 connection options which are mostly used in ALCATEL-LUCENT 7750 series routers. These connectivity options can be used for data center networking, corporate core aggregation, and service provider transport applications.
