Double Fiber CWDM multiplexers provide up to 18 independent data channels over a fiber pair using ITU-T G.694.2 wavelengths. As fully passive devices, they require no power supply, no cooling, and no maintenance while delivering 100+ year MTBF. Compatible with any colored transceiver supporting 1G/10G Ethernet, SDH/SONET, or Fibre Channel applications. Our modular design allows starting with 4-8 channels and expanding to 16-18 channels, optimizing initial investment while ensuring future scalability.
Dual Fiber CWDM Mux/Demux
Passive dual fiber CWDM Mux/Demux carrying 4 to 18 channels over one fiber pair (1271–1611 nm). Full-band 16 and 18 channel units come in a 19" 1U housing. 4 and 8 channel units come in a choice of wavelength bands, with an EXP port for adding channels later and, on selected bands, a 1310 nm port.
