We believe in creating WIN-WIN partnerships. With that in mind, if you're not completely satisfied with the products within 60 days of delivery, you can return them for a full refund.
If your product becomes dysfunctional during the warranty period, you can submit a ticket HERE or email us at support@edgeoptic.com, providing the following details:
1. Serial Number
2. Product Part Number
3. Provide a short description of the issue
Warranty replacement process
1. Shipping arrangement:
○ If there’s some issue with the delivered products our support team will arrange pick-up from your address, and you’ll receive a shipping label in your email;
○ If you decided that you just no longer need this order or some products from it, you’ll have to arrange delivery to our address yourself.
2. Prepare the products you want to send back:
○ Put the products back in package;
○ Print out the shipping label and stick it on the package;
○ Hand it over to the courier.
3. When we will receive package, we will start refund process and you’ll be able to choose
from 2 options:
○ Receive a full refund - We will send you a credit invoice, but before we refund your money,
we will wait for your confirmation that all bank details are correct.
○ Keep the amount in balance for your next order.
NB! Refund process will start only after we receive package and confirm that they are valid for full refund (goods are in good technical and visual shape). Refund time can take 1-2 business days.
