WHY DOES EDGE COLLECT AND PREOCESS MY PERSONAL DATA

Reason why we need your Personal Data is for providing our Services. We do not collect or process any other Personal Data than those necessary for the performance of the contract or the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller. EDGE collect and process Personal Data for these purposes:

In cases where Personal Data Processing is carried out on behalf of EDGE by a third party, they will be provided with the minimum amount of Customer Personal Data with which the requested Service can be realized.

 

YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

You have the rights to access your Personal Data processed by EDGE. Upon your request, EDGE:
– confirm as to whether or not Personal Data relating to you are being processed and provide information as to the purposes of the Processing, the categories of Personal Data concerned and recipients to whom the Personal Data are disclosed;
– rectify any inaccurate Personal Data or erasure Personal Data; To protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access or unlawful Processing EDGE use appropriate measures that comply with applicable laws. In cases where Customer has complains about Personal Data processing EDGE takes reasonable steps to resolve the dispute. However, if solution is not accepted by Customer, the Customer has rights to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in Latvia to the Data State Inspectorate.

 

HOW LONG EDGE RETAINS PERSONAL DATA

Personal Data is retained while there is valid at least one of the following criteria:

  • – as long Customer has entered into contract;
  • – as long EDGE or Customer can ensure the protection of the lawful interests;
  • – as long on of the parties has a legal obligation to retain data;
  • – as long is valid Customer consent to retain Personal Data;

After the retention period expires, all documents containing Personal Data will be permanently Deleted.
