Fast Shipping from Local Stock (1-3 Business Days)
We keep the most popular and frequently requested items in local stock. Once we for your order, the final production steps will include:
  ○ Re-coding the module to match the required compatibility;
  ○ Updating product labels based on your requested compatibility and customizations;
  ○ Conducting final local tests.
After these steps, we will arrange Express shipping. Depending on the order size and coding complexity, the entire process from order placement to shipping date could take between 1 to 3 business days.
Standard Delivery for Non-Stock Items (~2 Weeks)
For products not currently in stock, the estimated delivery time is around 2 weeks to your office in Europe. The estimated lead time and potential delivery date is dependent on the items ordered, the lead times can differ between 10 to 12 business days or ~2 weeks.
xWDM Product Line Delivery Time (3-4 Weeks)
For custom CWDM, DWDM Mux/Demux, and OADM products, the lead time is approximately 3-4 weeks as each item is tailored for your project. The accurate lead time can always be found on the quote.
Delivery Terms within Europe
Orders within Europe are delivered with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) directly to your office in Europe, ensuring a hassle-free delivery experience.
Delivery Terms outside of Europe
For order deliveries outside Europe we can offer additional delivery options. Currently we offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and DAP (Delivered At Place) delivery options. If you are ordering from outside of Europe, you are welcome to add this preference when placing the order with our Sales Team, as the main go-to version for outside of Europe is DAP.
Delivery with your own account
The delivery options are not limited to just the ones listed above, there is one more left. You can also choose to pick up the order yourself.
When placing the order you can request “Customer Pick-Up” which means that you can pick the order in one of the two ways:
1. You are welcome to pick the order up in our office when it has been prepared;
2. You can organize the delivery yourself using your preferred delivery provider. When the order is prepared you can simply provide a shipping label for us to use or instructions for the delivery handover.
