What is our Risk Free Return Policy?

We are believers of WIN-WIN partnership. Based on that in case you are not fully satisfied with products received in 60 days’ timeframe from delivery you may return them and apply for full refund. If that is the case, process should be initiated by opening technical ticket in our support portal and specifying:

  1. Product Part Number
  2. Serial Number
  3. Giving short description about return reason


After that our technical team will coordinate the return process of the goods, confirm that they are valid for full refund (goods are in good technical and visual shape) and once approved, finance will perform full refund.
