ZTE 5900E configuring GE SFP port to support 1000 Base-T module

In case if using Cooper SFP modules in 5900E series switch, the port wont rise (go in to UP state), the Administrator must issue following command in order to change attribute which will let switch port to accept the SFP Cooper transceiver:
