50G-AOC-SFP56 is a Multi-Vendor MSA Compatible 50G Active Optical Cable, designed with total interconnection length up to 100 meter. This 50G Active Optical Cable is equipped with MSA standard compatible SFP56 transceiver assembly at each end of cable and optical fiber which is permanently linked to the SFP56 connector delivering consistent link length. This cable is designed for operation in standard temperature networking environments ranging from 0°-70°C. Our 50G Active optical cable uses 850nm VCSEL transmitter and PIN photo-detector receiver operating over OM3 MMF cable with distance up to 100m. This 50G-AOC-SFP56 50G. Active optical cable supports 50G Gbps multi-rate communication and such applications as 10G Ethernet(10.31Gbps), 25G Ethernet(26.78), 50G Ethernet (53.125Gbps). It is important to note that the mentioned application support will vary depending on the port where the module will be used, and it supported applications as well as module speed configuration during ordering process, but we can ensure that our module will support at least the same functionality as its OEM counterpart.
