Juniper compatible QSFPP-4X10GE-LR (740-054050) QSFP (Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable) Transceiver SFP Transceiver datasheet and price is based on our 40G-QSFP-11-JU product, that is operating over Single-Mode Fiber (SMF) optical cable and is usually used together with breakout cable for 40G to 4x10G conversion and EX-SFP-10GE-LR (740-021309) 10G transceivers. Modules become handy in situations when there is a need to connect two devices with different port speeds. The module has a minimum guaranteed optical budget of 7 dB, with in most cases is enough to reach about 10km distance. However, distance is just an indicative parameter calculated for comfort of identification. Eventually we calculate distance considering minimal optical budget and average attenuation of optical cabling in industry. Transceiver uses top quality DFB Laser transmitter operating at nominal wavelength 1310 nm. and 1310 nm. PIN photodiode receiver. It supports DDM/DOM optical diagnostics, which provide diagnostic information about the present operating conditions. QSFP (Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable) operates in Standard 0°-70°C temperature range and has MTP/MPO interface.
